In the event of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in the Patronage Program, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration under South African law.

By participating in our Patronage Program, you acknowledge that all forms of financial participation involve a degree of risk. While Amila Innovations strives to achieve the projected returns for each package, there is a risk that you may lose some or all of your contributed funds. It is important to carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before participating.

1.7 Admin Fee for First Withdrawal

Upon investing with Amila Innovations, you agree to a one-time Admin Fee of R930 which must be paid before your first withdrawal. This fee covers essential administrative costs, including the processing of your withdrawal, maintaining secure transaction channels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. The Admin Fee is only applicable prior to your initial withdrawal and is not a recurring charge.

1.8. All investments with Amila Innovations are final and non-refundable once processed. By making an investment, the investor acknowledges and agrees that the funds will be allocated toward business activities, and therefore, refunding invested capital is not feasible.
